Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced data science professional to lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics models that drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, with expertise in Python programming.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy advanced analytics models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into business operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team's skills and methodologies remain current.

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP. Proficiency in Python programming and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • NLP Knowledge: Experience with NLP frameworks and libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers) for developing language models.
  • Data Handling: Ability to handle large datasets, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable computing solutions.
