The key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of talented data engineers, architecting end-to-end data solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving best practices, ensuring data quality and governance, optimizing performance, and staying current with industry trends.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in software/data engineering, and at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, and the ability to manage Agile teams and deliver complex projects on time.
