Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive patient analytics projects, overseeing every stage from planning to delivery.
  • Analyze claims data to provide strategic insights on patient journeys, adherence trends, and segmentation.
  • Develop impactful Tableau dashboards and visual tools to support client decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
