Job Title: Corporate Legal Specialist

As a Corporate Legal Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in handling administrative matters of client companies. Your key responsibility will be to maintain and develop relationships with clients by effectively managing their files and ensuring they are in good legal and financial standing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create corporate documents such as directors' resolutions, powers of attorney, and other legal papers for client companies.
  • Support the incorporation and termination processes of companies.
  • Provide fee quotations for services offered to clients.
  • Maintain productivity and chargeability on a weekly basis.
  • Manage client files to guarantee accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and update legal manuals and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly reports for senior management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Economics or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in legal and corporate/company management services.
  • Strong commercial acumen, proactive approach, positive attitude, dedication, focus, and revenue-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, hands-on, and take accountability to deliver solutions and results.
