This is a dynamic role requiring expertise in HR technology solutions, process optimization, and stakeholder management. Oracle HCM Functional Consultants play a crucial part in streamlining business processes and enhancing user experience.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead the implementation, updating, and modification of Oracle HCM across all modules globally.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials, plan pilots, testing, and provide end-user training and support.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules.
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
    • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • High proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
