Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at KodNest, a leading ed-tech startup dedicated to empowering aspiring tech professionals with industry-ready skills in Full Stack Development and Software Testing.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the Business Development (BD) team in generating and managing strategic relationships with IT clients, helping KodNest expand its clientele base and promote its training services in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in the domestic IT market, support the BD team in lead generation, proposal creation, and client communication, research prospective clients and understand their hiring needs for trained freshers.
- Relationship Management: Help build and maintain relationships with IT clients to understand their hiring requirements, assist in managing accounts and ensuring continuous satisfaction with KodNest's services.
- Coordination and Communication: Support in gathering job descriptions (JDs) and requirements from clients, collaborate with the internal team to meet client requirements within stipulated timeframes, act as a point of contact for resolving client queries under the guidance of senior BD personnel.
- Event and Drive Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating mega hiring drives and events for freshers, ensure effective communication and coordination between clients, the internal team, and students during events.
- Reporting and Documentation: Help generate reports on client requirements, hiring drives, and student placements on a monthly/quarterly basis, maintain accurate records of client interactions and placements for review and analysis.

Requirements:
