Responsibilities:
- Associate Manager – Farming & Sales would be part of Mid-Market Function.
- The resource would be responsible for managing enterprise big and medium merchants, cross-selling, acquisition, and servicing of merchants acquired through online and offline platforms.
- Role involves reaching out to all merchants on a daily basis for business continuation, drop, uplift, and more with issue resolution and reconciliations.
Requirements & Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in online Payments/POS sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
- Collaborative working style.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
