Role: Assistant Manager / Manager (Farming)

As a key member of our Enterprise Business team at Cashfree Payments, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing merchant relationships by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within Enterprise market LOBs, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets through customer retention, account expansion, and driving additional business from existing customers in line with team/organizational objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationships.
  • Build and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Plan in-person meetings with customers to identify new use cases and tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs, driving long-term value.
  • Establish best practices and operating procedures for customer retention, relationship management, and account expansion.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor actions that may impact current customer relationships and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 Years of relevant experience in account management & relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the payments space and from online payments background.
  • Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements.
  • Strong business acumen and product expertise.
  • Ability to engage with CXO level executives.
