
IT Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to propel our business forward. In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, marketing campaign follow-up, and lead generation campaigns
- Set appointments with prospects and negotiate initial objections
- Research and identify potential customers using various sources
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads
- Articulate the value proposition of IT products/services and negotiate sales
- Achieve quota of highly qualified leads per month and conversion to opportunities
- Develop and maintain vertical/geographical territory plans to maximize phone time
- Utilize CRM tools, email tools, database tools, and IT software effectively in business development processes
- 1-4 years experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, inside sales, or related field
- Domestic/International calling experience
- Fluency in regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, etc.)
- MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred
- Proven track record at achieving measurable goals (number of appointments, lead quality, etc.)
- Experience in generating executive level leads for Enterprise Company
- Knowledge and experience working with salesforce.com, Discover.org, One Source, Inside View, and other sales platforms
- Proficient in using Sales Navigator and Email marketing
- Expert in zoom, google, microsoft teams, or other Virtual conferencing tools and Microsoft office
- Self-directed and team-oriented work habits
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Good understanding of IT software, technology, and modern tools
- Bachelor's degree
- B.Tech/BE/B.Sc in Computer Science/IT or relevant Technical background
- M.Tech/ME/M.Sc in Computer Science/IT or relevant Technical background
- MBA Marketing/Sales/IT/Internal Business preferred
