Job Title: Analytics Specialist

 

Overview:

The ideal candidate will be an expert in data analysis and visualization, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to drive business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards to monitor key sales metrics and identify trends.
  • Analyse sales data and market intelligence to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership by presenting clear and actionable insights derived from data-driven analysis.
  • Support forecasting and capacity planning initiatives by leveraging statistical models and historical data.
  • Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python for data manipulation and transformations.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
