Business Intelligence Analyst

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Data Management:
  • E nsure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
  • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members and stakeholders on the use of BI tools and data interpretation.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

The position requires proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI), strong SQL and data modeling capabilities, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics.

Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.

  • Preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
