Our mission is to make customer success easy, efficient, and effective for our clients.

You'll be the go-to person for helping trial users succeed — showing them more value at every step, guiding them through setup & unlocking quick wins, making customers true fans of our platform.

You will own relationships with trial users — make them successful and true fans of our platform.

You will drive trial conversions by engaging users early, understanding their goals, and showing them a clear path to value.

  • We pay on top of market standards with generous ESOPs for everyone in the team.
  • Making this journey smooth, effective, and outcome-driven is mission-critical.

  • You genuinely like helping people and feel fulfilled when your customers succeed.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role where you've driven outcomes and revenue.
