
Senior Technical Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Growth Strategist to spearhead our client success initiatives.
This is a results-driven role focused on delivering value and growth to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, technical skills in SQL and Python or R, and experience working with dashboarding tools.
- Develop strategic relationships with key clients and act as their primary point of contact.
- Drive customer adoption and usage through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and align them with our product capabilities.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhancements that meet client needs.
- Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Design and implement dashboards or reports using internal tools or integrations.
- Lead business reviews, share insights, and communicate value delivered to stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to clients in configuring rules, data integrations, and troubleshooting issues.
- Drive renewal and expansion by ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering measurable outcomes.
