As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in Technical Account Management or Presales. You will have a strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem, app marketing, and CRM principles. Previous experience as a Success or Support Engineer for a SaaS company is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers and provide integration support to drive adoption of our product
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, fostering relationships and promoting customer growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify opportunities and build effective solutions
  • Provide expert advice on CRM and mobile marketing automation to clients
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance customer value and retention
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with a focus on technical account management or presales
  • Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, app marketing, and CRM principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
