
Customer Success Strategist

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.
About the RoleOur ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in Technical Account Management or Presales. You will have a strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem, app marketing, and CRM principles. Previous experience as a Success or Support Engineer for a SaaS company is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new customers and provide integration support to drive adoption of our product
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, fostering relationships and promoting customer growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify opportunities and build effective solutions
- Provide expert advice on CRM and mobile marketing automation to clients
- Develop strategic plans to enhance customer value and retention
- Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with a focus on technical account management or presales
- Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, app marketing, and CRM principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
