As a key member of our global leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's HR strategy.

This role requires an exceptional leader who can build and scale global HR systems, as well as establish a strong foundation for our Indian headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global HR strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and high-performance culture.
  • Establish the company's corporate-level HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
India HQ Role:
  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as the strategic partner to India-based executives (Finance, Operations, Tech, Sales) to align talent and performance with global objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance & Culture:
  • Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
  • Draft and maintain employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR matters.
