Job Title: R&D Psychometrician About Talent AssessmentTalent assessment solutions are used by over 4,000 clients in 80+ countries worldwide.We develop innovative and scientifically validated tools that help organisations attract, develop, and retain top talent.Our multicultural team of experts works globally, driven by a shared passion for people-centric and tech-driven solutions. Role OverviewAs an AI & Psychometrics Specialist, you will join our R&D and Consulting department to design and improve assessment tools using AI-driven innovation and psychometric expertise.This hybrid role combines the development of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions with psychometric knowledge to support consulting projects worldwide. Key ResponsibilitiesAi Implementation in R&D:
  • Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
  • Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate in reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.
Psihometric Tool Development:
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.
  • Create innovative test items for specialised evaluations.
  • Contribute to the management of R&D Projects using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track, and deliver project requirements on schedule.
Consulting & Client Support:
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored solutions such as customised assessments and personalised reports.
  • Produce detailed, client-ready technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with R&D teams across India, London, and Paris in a multicultural and agile environment.
