Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to drive our campus placements strategy forward. This role requires someone who has hands-on experience in managing placement operations, possesses strong industry connections, and is well-versed with fresher recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with corporates to foster partnerships that benefit freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams to drive recruitment opportunities.
  • Utilize recruiter networks to establish new hiring partnerships and leverage existing ones for maximum impact.
  • Conduct thorough discussions with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process lifecycle, from JD sharing and student shortlisting to scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: A reputable BE/BTech or MBA degree.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in TPO or placement-facing roles at Tier 2 Engineering colleges or B-schools.
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains like Data Science, Analytics, and Software Engineering is advantageous.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students effectively.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations is essential.
  • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a proven track record of driving outcomes.
