We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our placement and corporate relations function. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building, and outcome-driven approach.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Planning:
      • Develop placement strategies that align with market trends and industry expectations.
    • CORPORATE RELATIONS:
      • BUILD AND MAINTAIN relationships with top companies for placements, internships, and live projects.
      • Organize industry events and interactions to increase engagement and networking opportunities.
    • PLACEMENT OPERATIONS:
      • Oversee the entire placement process, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters and students.
    • Student Development:
      • Collaborate with faculty and training partners to prepare students for industry requirements.
      • Mentor students on career choices and professional development.
    • Alumni Engagement:
      • Leverage the alumni network for placement support and mentorship opportunities.
    • Analytics & Reporting:
      • Track placement metrics, create reports, and present insights to leadership team.

Quantitative Targets:

  • Place 360 students for final placements and 360 students for summer internships.
  • Improve median salary compared to previous year.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree from reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR.
  • Strong professional network across various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
