Placement Strategist

The role involves driving placement initiatives for trainees, ensuring strong industry absorption.

Responsibilities include building partnerships with HR leaders and recruiters across Finance, Consulting, BFSI, IT, and EdTech, and organizing campus drives, interviews, and placement events.

Manage dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni networks while onboarding corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations. Design proposals, MoUs, and frameworks tailored to corporate needs, represent at networking events, and support business development by generating B2B opportunities, executive education leads, and consulting projects.

Conduct resume workshops, mock GD/PI, and industry talks, connect trainees with mentors and alumni, and gather employer feedback to refine curriculum and placement preparation.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports, track openings through CRM databases, and share placement and corporate engagement insights with leadership.

Additional duties include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the organization's growth.
