Job Title: Batch Management Team Lead

The Batch Manager Lead oversees the smooth execution, coordination and management of multiple batches/programs.

  • Develops and implements batch schedules, timelines and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborates with faculty, trainers and support teams to ensure readiness and preparedness.
  • Monitors daily batch operations and resolves issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Batch Planning & Coordination
  • Leads, guides and mentors batch managers/executives in developing strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Allocates responsibilities and monitors team performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Provides regular feedback and facilitates skill development and growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborates with academic, operations and placement teams to build strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Maintains open communication with students, faculty and administrative staff to address concerns and resolve issues.
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensures adherence to academic guidelines, processes and policies to maintain high standards and quality.
  • Conducts quality checks on learning delivery and student support to identify areas for improvement.
