Job Title: Finance Operations Specialist

The role of Finance Operations Specialist involves overseeing the entire process of share transfers. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, obtaining necessary approvals, and preparing required documentation.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.

A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are also essential.

The selected candidate will work closely with other finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the entire process of share transfers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions.
  • Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including calculating profit shares.
  • Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual.
  • Collaborate with other finance team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Required qualifications:

  • CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
