Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process Improvement

    Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate transactional activities, ensuring compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies.

  • Service Delivery

    Lead the service provider to deliver consistent services across towers and units, monitoring performance metrics and contractual service levels.

  • Procure-to-Pay Process

    Ensure end-to-end knowledge of the procure-to-pay process, guiding the service provider to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Risk Management

    Define and update the risk and control matrix (RACM), reviewing and resolving audit findings to ensure compliance with group policies and regulations.

  • Standard Operating Procedures

    Review and revise global standard operating procedures to align with improved processes and practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Finance Background

    A qualified accountant or semi-qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with exposure to operational finance.

  • Leadership Skills

    Proven leadership skills, with the ability to operate with senior finance teams, leading and developing remote teams.

  • Technical Skills

    Proficiency in SAP finance modules, advanced MS Excel, and internal accounting standards knowledge.
