Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

The primary objective of this role is to provide technical support for MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations. This involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of technical requirements are captured, analyzing requirements received from Business Process leads and key stakeholders, and delivering required technical solutions.

Responsibilities include providing technical support for the D365 F&O platform, understanding business needs, determining best technical solutions, and leveraging default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting testing activities, training end users as required, and assisting with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom/3rd party applications.

Key qualifications include experience in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O, D365 support experience, and an understanding of printers, handheld scanners, and F&O as a cloud-hosted application.
