Job Title: SAP Finance Control Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional to support finance operations, optimize expense management, and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure, support, and maintain SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting) for optimal financial control.
  • Manage and optimize Concur Travel & Expense platform integration with SAP FICO for streamlined expense reporting.
  • Support end-to-end business processes related to travel, expense reimbursement, and compliance for accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver enhancements for improved financial processes.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Concur and SAP via middleware configurations for efficient integration.
  • Work closely with internal teams and Concur support for issue resolution and upgrades to minimize disruptions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Strong expertise in Concur Travel & Expense Management implementation, optimization, and support.
  • Solid understanding of integration between SAP and Concur, including middleware configurations, for seamless data exchange.
  • Experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and Indian taxation is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
