Job Summary:

We are seeking a Site Manager to lead the implementation of our site Master Plan. This role will involve developing and driving the deployment of the ManEx master plan across various departments, ensuring alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement site-wide strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects and initiatives that align with our company goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to set objectives and priorities for the site.
  • Manage and maintain effective communication channels within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
