Job Title: Patient Engagement Strategist

As a Patient Engagement Strategist, you will play a key role in leading patient interaction and engagement initiatives. You will build strong relationships with patients, ensure seamless communication, and drive high-quality patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries related to dental products or services with strong clinical understanding
  • Act as a liaison between dentists/customers and the internal product team
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage patterns
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain documentation for customer support cases
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Empathy, patient focus, and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prior experience in patient care, dental consultation, or healthcare management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
