Lead Data Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Strategist to join our team. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare data into actionable insights.

  • You will support the entire lifecycle of pharmaceutical products using data analytics to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modeling for product and marketing strategies.
  • Build automated data pipelines for efficient reporting and faster insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings.

Candidates should have 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics or similar field with expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. A degree in quantitative discipline and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Identify key trends and opportunities using advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Data Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Quantitative Discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial Patient Analytics or similar field.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
