We are seeking an accomplished Business Development professional to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive revenue growth across our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies for account acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Formulate and execute business development plans to meet revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Leverage industry connections and networks to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and expectations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies

Team Management:

  • Lead a team of Sales professionals in proposal preparation, presentation delivery, and customer relationship management
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize business outcomes

Process Efficiency & Expectations:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success
  • Develop and manage dashboards to monitor sales pipeline, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Implement processes to ensure timely contract renewals, negotiations, and settlements

Rewards & Recognition:

  • Maintain accurate records of client contracts, agreements, and correspondence
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain existing clients and expand business with them

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and open communication within the organization
