  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for the Metabolics therapy area.
  • Manage and oversee the therapy business unit's operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals in the Metabolics division.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the Metabolics sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer engagement strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and improve performance.
  • Establish relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to promote Metabolics therapies.
  • Prepare and present business performance reports to senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • MBA or relevant degree in Business Management or Healthcare Administration.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, particularly in Metabolics.
  • Proven track record of successful business management and sales strategy development.
