Expert Strategy & Operations Consultant

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to join our Strategy & Operations team as an Expert Strategy & Operations Consultant. This is a full-time remote role that demands exceptional analytical skills, effective communication, and expertise in strategy development and operations transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analyze internal and external factors affecting clients' businesses.
  • Develop customized strategies and operational plans tailored to meet client-specific objectives.
  • Create strategic frameworks, objectives, and action plans to enhance operations efficiency.
  • Formulate comprehensive strategic plans to achieve client-specific goals.
  • Assess current business operations, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational changes and process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy development and operations transformation across multiple sectors.
  • Strong background in project management and analytical problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with a management consulting firm in their Strategy & Ops practices is highly preferred.
