Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Executive HR, responsible for deploying and integrating Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. This individual will oversee the implementation of our Performance Management System, ensuring employees are evaluated fairly and performance reviews are conducted regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and integrate HRMS to support organizational growth and development
  • Train and support staff on effective use of the HRMS system
  • Implement and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Experience with HRMS deployment and integration
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and conducting performance reviews
  • Strong understanding of internal compliance and HR policies
