Product designers are responsible for creating seamless and intuitive user experiences across digital products.

  • We're seeking a seasoned product designer who can bring their expertise in research, design principles, and problem-solving to create impactful products that meet the needs of our users.
About the Role

This role involves leading the design process from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product experiences, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to drive design solutions that balance business objectives with user needs.
Key Responsibilities

Our senior product experience designer will be responsible for:

  • Conducting user research to inform design decisions and validate assumptions
  • Developing and maintaining design systems and standards
  • Collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Presenting design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and team members
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and design trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or similar field, or equivalent experience
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work in the banking industry
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through design
  • Experience working in large cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and design sprints
  • Ability to communicate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
