Job Title: User Experience Innovator

This role is perfect for a visionary designer who not only creates engaging designs but also understands how to bring them to life in collaboration with engineers.

The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to translate business requirements into intuitive, delightful, and functional user experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Lead user research and usability testing to refine designs based on insights gathered.
  • Evaluate designs against accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.

User Interface Design
  • Create pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems that adhere to industry best practices.
  • Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability.
  • Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.

New-Age Skills
  • Prompt engineers effectively to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy and performance in mind.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools to speed up ideation and asset generation.
  • Explore and prototype using no-code/low-code platforms for rapid validation.

Collaboration & Growth
  • Work closely with senior designers to learn best practices and continuously improve craft.
  • Stay updated on design trends, interaction models, and AI-driven design innovations.
  • Communicate design rationale and present work clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
  • Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
