UI UX Designer

We are currently seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to collaborate with our team in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces across various products and solutions, crafting seamless user journeys that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Create and maintain design systems and reusable components, ensuring consistency throughout the product suite.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve designs, resulting in enhanced user satisfaction.
  • Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs, guaranteeing timely project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems, including component libraries and style guides.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices, with a focus on creating intuitive and accessible designs.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles, with a focus on creating inclusive designs that cater to diverse user needs.
  • Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, or enterprise applications, with a strong understanding of their unique design considerations.
  • Familiarity with unique design considerations and constraints of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus, but not required.
