As a senior product designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in product design or UI/UX, with a strong portfolio that showcases real products and not just concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end design process for multiple products, ensuring consistency and scalability across our platforms.
  • Create and maintain design systems that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our company's vision.
  • Design micro-interactions that make our products feel alive and engaging.
  • Translate human interface guidelines and material design principles into practical and beautiful solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life in production.
  • Mentor junior designers, share best practices, and review work to raise the bar.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced skills in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Prototyping).
  • Deep knowledge of typography and color systems.
  • Comfort with multi-platform design (iOS, Android, Web).
  • Familiarity with Framer or other no-code website design tools.
  • Ability to scale design systems across multiple apps without losing personality.
  • Strong understanding of HIG and material design principles.
  • Clear communication skills to explain design choices simply.
