
Portfolio Manager and Business Growth Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of branches under their supervision, ensuring alignment with annual/monthly targets.
- Monitor business and financial performance at a branch level.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve productivity and growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to increase sales and portfolio health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and supervise commercial strategies to reach productivity and growth targets.
- Ensure adherence to training programs and goal-setting processes.
- Ability to engage with customers, colleagues, and agencies to provide valuation and legal opinions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop business plans.
- Knowledge of MSME loan products and regional language(s).
