Growth Associate Role

We're seeking a driven and resourceful professional to help drive our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideate, run, and optimize experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
    • Engage with prospects through outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns.
      • Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to focus on what works.
        • Create impactful content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) that wins attention and trust.
          • Engage with online communities, forums, and social channels to increase visibility.
            • Collaborate with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn insights into product enhancements and campaigns.
            Requirements:
            • 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
              • Strong understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
                • Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data.
                  • Ability to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, knocking on digital doors.
