Growth Associate Role
We're seeking a driven and resourceful professional to help drive our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:- Ideate, run, and optimize experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Engage with prospects through outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns.
- Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to focus on what works.
- Create impactful content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) that wins attention and trust.
- Engage with online communities, forums, and social channels to increase visibility.
- Collaborate with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn insights into product enhancements and campaigns.
- 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
- Strong understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data.
- Ability to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, knocking on digital doors.
- Impact from Day 1: You'll help shape the playbook.
