As a Customer Success Strategist, you'll:

  • Run onboarding + ongoing success for top enterprise accounts
  • Solve problems fast – sometimes before the customer sees them
  • Influence product roadmap through real customer insights
  • Track health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays
  • Build CS processes, content, and playbooks from scratch
