Job Title: Strategic HR Operations Manager

This role is pivotal in driving the success of our organization through effective management of HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to provide support and guidance to business partners, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate employee queries and concerns efficiently and track resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Develop and enforce Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across the organization.
  • Maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
