Job Overview:

As a Land Management Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our land-based projects.

  • Manage land-related activities for wind and solar power initiatives.
  • Maintain and update lease agreements, land titles, and possession documents to ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Track lease renewals, negotiate with landowners, and facilitate timely payments to maintain positive relationships.
  • Develop strong connections with landowners and local communities through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Liaise with local authorities to manage land records, tax payments, and statutory obligations, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Support Operations and Maintenance (O&M) teams by resolving access road and transmission line issues, contributing to project efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with land use, such as encroachments and non-compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental norms affecting land use, upholding our commitment to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Land Acquisition and Management: Secure and manage land for project development, ensuring timely acquisition and utilization.
  2. Lease Administration: Maintain and update lease agreements, land titles, and possession documents to avoid potential disputes.
