Job Title: Land Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Land Team. The ideal candidate will have a total of 7 to 12 years of experience with minimum 5 years' experience in Land Acquisition and Land Management.

The selected individual will be responsible for monitoring land acquisition across multiple sites, coordinating with regional teams, and resolving land issues at various locations. This includes litigation regarding title, encroachments, ceiling limit exemptions, and other matters.

The successful candidate will also prepare periodic management information systems (MIS) to exhibit acquisition progress and issue resolution. Additionally, they will familiarize themselves with revenue documentation, collate and verify title search documents with the support of the legal team, and engage in stakeholder management with various teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Thorough understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations.
  • Knowledge and experience in Private Land Acquisition, Government Land Allotment, Forest Land Acquisition, and Private Land Acquisition via LARR.
  • Familiarity with revenue documentation, submissions, government regulations, and compliance requirements.
