Job Title: AI-Powered Land Utilization Specialist / Land Optimization Consultant  

 (Remote with Saudi Market Focus)

Job Description:

We are seeking a tech-savvy 

Land Utilization Specialist to leverage AI-driven platforms and geospatial analytics tools that help landlords maximize the value of their underutilized land in Saudi Arabia. You will analyze hyperlocal data—including zoning laws, market trends, traffic patterns, and economic demand—to recommend profitable and compliant land-use strategies aligned with Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Land Feasibility Analysis:

 - Use AI tools (e.g., CityBldr, Deepblocks, Plotzy, AIRE Feasibility Software ) to assess land parcels and generate data-backed recommendations (e.g., logistics hubs, mixed-use developments, solar farms).  

 - Evaluate zoning compliance using Balady Urban Mapsand WASM land-use system.  

2. Market & Demographic Intelligence:

 - Leverage Esri ArcGIS, UrbanSim, and Mashvisor to analyze neighborhood demand, traffic , rental yields, and commercial viability.  

3. Satellite-Based Land Assessment:

 - Utilize GeoTech SmartSat, YOLOv8 land detection, 

to identify idle land and track urban development changes.  

 4 - Prepare reports and presentations for clients using Naver Digital Twins or Optivision for 3D modeling.  

5. Regulatory Compliance:

 - Ensure proposals adhere to Saudi municipal laws 

Candidate Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Proficiency:

 - Hands-on experience with GIS software (ArcGIS, UrbanSim), AI feasibility tools (Deepblocks, AIRE), and drone/satellite analytic.  

 - to study to Familiarity with Saudi's Balady Urban Maps, WASM system, and zoning regulations.  

Analytical & Market Research:

 - Ability to interpret hyperlocal data (traffic, demographics, commercial demand).
