- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our e-commerce operations.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior operations executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Performance Management: Manage marketplace performance across various platforms, including Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Amazon. Conduct seasonal and brand-wise performance analysis to support business decisions.
- Warehouse Management: Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners for day-to-day warehouse operations. Perform regular Stock on Hand (SOH) checks across all channels and maintain warehouse SOH reports.
- Reporting & Process Management: Compile and maintain sales data; prepare and circulate brand-wise performance reports. Support in compiling Order Indents (OI) and reporting metrics across brands.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate degree (any discipline).
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations with direct exposure to: Warehouse management, 3PL coordination, Marketplace operations (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa), OMS and WMS platforms, Excellent communication and coordination skills.
