At Buy One Gram Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in pure, unpolished pulses and grains, delivering them directly from factory to homes and retail stores. As we grow, we are expanding our e-commerce operations to strengthen our online presence and serve customers across India through multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, and others
  • Upload and optimize product descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing
  • Monitor daily orders, returns, and inventory across e-commerce platforms
  • Coordinate with warehouse/operations team for smooth dispatch and tracking
  • Handle customer queries, ratings, and reviews on marketplaces
  • Run offers, discounts, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
  • Generate reports on sales performance, traffic, and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Graduate in BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related field (freshers welcome)
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, and online sales
  • Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Prior e-commerce or FMCG experience is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven
