Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Marketplace Management)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with 12 years of experience in managing product listings, merchandising, and sales operations across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata CLiQ, and others. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of marketplace dynamics, catalog management, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, etc.) across multiple marketplaces.
  • Coordinate product uploads, updates, and ensure accurate catalog management.
  • Monitor stock levels, pricing, and competitor activity to maximize sales and visibility.
  • Execute promotions, campaigns, and deals (Lightning Deals, Sponsored Ads, etc.).
  • Track and analyze performance reports, including sales, returns, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to each marketplaces policies and guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, logistics, and operations) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify new growth opportunities on emerging platforms.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Seller Flex, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Tata Cliq Vendor System, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, reports) and data-driven decision making.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or paid ads on marketplaces is a plus.
