We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our product listings and sales on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay. This position is for a female candidate as we aim to foster a balanced and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these platforms and a passion for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing and Management: Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay, ensuring all details, including titles, descriptions, images, and prices, are accurate and appealing.
  • Inventory Management: Regularly update inventory across all platforms to ensure stock levels are accurate and to avoid over-selling.
  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to coordinating with the dispatch team for timely shipment.
  • Customer Service: Promptly respond to customer queries, address any concerns, and manage feedback to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive seller ratings.
  • Sales Monitoring: Track sales performance and key metrics on each platform to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Marketplace Optimization: Implement basic strategies to improve product visibility and search ranking on each marketplace.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience or strong familiarity with selling on e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Etsy, and eBay.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
