Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee our brand's operations on Myntra. You will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing performance, handling returns, coordinating with the Myntra team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience managing Myntra seller accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Catalog Management

  • Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory on Myntra.
  • Regularly update product information to ensure accuracy, appeal, and consistency.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/operations team to ensure timely dispatches.

Order & Fulfillment Operations

  • Handle Myntra order processing, returns, and disputes.
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics (RTO, cancellation rate, return rate, dispatch SLA).
  • Communicate with Myntra category managers and resolve escalations.

Payment & Reconciliation

  • Monitor and reconcile payments from Myntra, ensuring accuracy and timely settlements.
  • Analyze sales data and suggest strategies to increase revenue.

Brand Growth & Strategy

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and offers.
  • Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on fashion/lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
