About The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join our customer support team as a representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing prompt resolutions over calls and emails. You will work closely with our internal team to resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions to their queries or concerns.
2. Collaborate with the internal team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Utilize strong problem-solving skills and work independently to resolve complex customer issues.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Requirements:
1. Excellent English communication skills.
2. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
3. Empathy and patience.
4. Rotational shift and 6 days of work.
