2. Collaborate with the internal team to resolve complex issues.
3. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
4. Maintain high-quality standards and metrics in customer support.
5. Foster a culture of empathy and patience in customer interactions.

Requirements:
1. Excellent English communication skills.
2. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
3. Rotational shift, including 6 days of work per week.
