Senior Benefits Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of global benefits modules for large-scale organizations.

About the Role:

  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Design tailored solutions that address the global benefits requirements of clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to guarantee compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in global benefits configuration and implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Able to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central)
